Job summary

Kellogg's Wrexham manufacturing site is looking for an EHS Manager to lead programmes and systems that drive environmental, health and safety performance across the plant. Reporting to the Plant Director, you will guide teams and ensure compliance with legislation, policies and global EHS standards.

You will work with European colleagues, strengthen safety culture, coach teams, manage risk and continually improve EHS management systems on a full-time, site-based basis in Wrexham.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent experience
• NEBOSH Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety
• Ability to develop effective working relationships across all levels of a manufacturing plant
• Flexibility to work outside core working hours when required to support a continuous-shift operation.

Responsibilities

• Lead EHS activities across the Wrexham site, ensuring compliance with legislation, regulations and global standards.
• Initiate, implement and manage improvements to EHS management systems and coordinate internal audits.
• Lead site-wide hazard risk assessments and ensure actions are implemented to mitigate risks.
• Coach and mentor plant teams on EHS activities and drive cost-effective improvements.
