Job summary

Rullion Engineering Cumbria is seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver complex, security-focused projects within regulated environments. You will own project delivery across schedule, cost and risk, coordinating internal teams and external supply chains while maintaining security standards.

The role requires NEC contract management experience and a background in security infrastructure, with a hybrid work pattern around 60% site-based activities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering complex projects from planning through to completion.
• NEC contract management experience.
• Experience working in security-focused or regulated environments.
• Background in security infrastructure such as hostile vehicle mitigation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver assigned projects to agreed time, cost and quality requirements.
• Lead project planning and coordinate resources across people, budget and delivery activities.
• Establish and maintain baselines, monitor performance and initiate change where required.
• Identify, manage and mitigate project risks and opportunities.
• Engage extensively with the supply chain to ensure effective delivery.
• Operate with a strong security mindset within a complex environment.
