Job summary

Rullion is seeking an experienced Project Manager for a 12-month rolling contract at Hinkley Point C, Somerset. You will manage contracts and work packages across engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning activities, ensuring safety, quality, time and cost targets are met.

The role reports to the Senior Project Manager and requires strong leadership, risk management and effective stakeholder engagement within a highly regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project management within complex engineering, construction or regulated environments.
• Experience delivering projects, contracts or work packages through full lifecycles.
• Strong commercial awareness including budget forecasting and controls.
• Knowledge of Earned Value Management and programme controls.
• Experience in highly regulated environments with quality assurance and safety considerations.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage and deliver the contract or work package within the project lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain schedules aligned with the overall project programme.
• Coordinate with HPC teams to ensure successful delivery of scope.
• Manage risks, issues, costs and resources; escalate where needed.
• Support development and implementation of project execution strategies under the PEP.
• Maintain auditable records of decisions and ensure compliance with procedures.
