Qualifications

• Proven experience in site administration or project coordination.

• Advanced MS Office / Office 365; SAP desirable.

• Collect, verify, and consolidate site data and reports (DPRs, KPIs, time registration, vendor reports)
• Coordinate site logistics including transport, accommodation, and crew changes
• Act as first point of contact on site for visitors and personnel
• Organise and support site meetings, including minutes and documentation
• Maintain personnel records, certificates, and training data in internal/client systems
• Support HSE initiatives, toolbox talks, and site safety campaigns

Atlas NextWave is supporting a leading organisation within the renewable and construction sector in the search for an experienced Site Coordinator to support safe and efficient onshore project execution.

The Role

As Site Coordinator, you will act as the central administrative and coordination hub on site, supporting Site Management and interfacing with internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and visiting personnel.
You will play a key part in daily site operations, planning, reporting, and logistics - ensuring all activities comply with company procedures, safety standards, and project requirements.
