Job summary

Novus Property Solutions Ltd is seeking a Contract Liaison Officer to support social housing refurbishment projects across Burton, Uttoxeter and surrounding areas. You will build strong relationships with customers, clients and communities while coordinating works and delivering social value.

The role requires excellent communication, IT proficiency and a full UK driving license. The position is based on site with travel to nearby contracts and a strong emphasis on customer service and community

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in social housing or refurbishment projects.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient IT skills and ability to use standard office software.

Responsibilities

• Act as the voice and face at a contract/site level, liaising between customers, clients and communities.
• Deliver and manage social value and a high standard of customer service for our clients.
• Lead on planning and diarising community, skills and employment initiatives in line with Social Value Act.
• Handle enquiries and issues for various works, coordinating with site teams and subcontractors.
• Carry out face-to-face site visits with clients and customers and maintain records in MS Office.
• Identify case studies showing social value impact for tendering and marketing.
• Promote good news stories and initiatives with Marketing.
