Job summary

Novus Property Solutions Cannock site seeks Contract Liaison Officers to sit at the heart of social housing delivery, acting as the voice between customers, clients and site teams. You will travel around the Cannock area within a 37.5-hour week (8.30am–5.00pm).

The role emphasizes delivering social value, excellent customer service, and coordinating works, with IT skills and a Full UK Driving Licence required; a DBS check will be completed.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing environment and ability to solve problems and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills are essential.
• Proficiency in IT and MS Office; driving licence and DBS check required.

Responsibilities

• Liaise between customers, clients, and wider community on site or contract.
• Deliver and manage social value and provide outstanding customer service.
• Lead on contractual commitments including community, skills, and employment initiatives.
• Handle enquiries/issues related to works by site teams and sub-contractors, acting as the voice at contract/site level.
• Maintain effective communications with customers and Novus team; coordinate information on upcoming/current works.
• Conduct face-to-face site visits and advise on colour choices for bathroom fittings, sketch designs, and measurements.
• Resolve complaints positively and document site observations using MS Office.
• Highlight social value impact through case studies for tendering new contracts.
• Promote good news stories and initiatives with Marketing.
