Job summary

Novus Property Solutions Limited is seeking a Contract Liaison Officer to support site contracts by coordinating between customers, clients and communities. You will champion social value initiatives, deliver exceptional customer service and help keep projects on track.

The role requires face-to-face visits, strong IT skills, a full UK driving licence and the ability to travel; flexible hours and a DBS check are also part of the process.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience in social housing is essential.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and internal reporting systems.
• Full UK driving licence; DBS check required.

Responsibilities

• Liaise between customers, clients and the community to support sites.
• Deliver social value and excellent customer service for clients.
• Lead on contractual commitments including community and employment initiatives.
• Handle enquiries and issues; be the voice at contract/site level.
• Coordinate information sharing with site teams and customers.
• Conduct face-to-face visits with clients and customers.
• Assist with complaints resolution and reporting.
• Promote good news stories and initiatives with Marketing.
• Travel and flexibility with hours as required.
