Job summary

Novus Property Solutions is seeking a Contract Liaison Officer to work site-based across Rickmansworth, Harrow, High Wycombe, Chelmsford and surrounding areas. Role covers a fixed-term contract until March 2027, typically 37.5 hours with some site travel and weekly office presence for admin tasks.

You will liaise between customers, clients and the community, ensuring social value commitments are delivered and customer service remains outstanding in a tenanted housing context.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing environment.
• Ability to solve problems and meet deadlines.
• Must hold a Full UK Driving Licence.
• DBS check will be completed.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between customers, clients and communities.
• Deliver social value and excellent customer service.
• Coordinate communications and information across site teams.
• Manage enquiries and site observations; support contract delivery.
• Support reporting and documentation for contracts.
