Job summary

Novus Property Solutions is seeking a Contract Liaison Officer to join our Burton/Stoke-on-Trent based team. This role can be full-time (4 days on site plus one at Burton) or part-time (4 days in Stoke-on-Trent area, 30 hours weekly).

You will liaise with customers, clients and communities during external refurbishment works on tenanted housing. Extensive customer-facing duties, driving requirement, and DBS check are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles within social housing or refurbishment projects.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and internal systems required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate between customers, clients and community on site and contract.
• Deliver social value initiatives and maintain excellent customer service.
• Lead on planning, diary commitments and reporting for contracts.
