Job summary
Barratt Developments plc is hiring a Site Manager in Scotland to support the development from planning to completion. You will coordinate on-site trades and resources, work with the Sales Team, and help ensure programmes, quality and cost targets are met.
The role emphasizes leadership, safety compliance and delivering outstanding customer service. The successful candidate will have experience in established build programmes, be assertive to drive targets, and hold construction management
Qualifications
- Experience delivering within established build programmes.
- Able to prioritise tasks to meet changing business needs.
- Knowledge of Health & Safety, NHBC requirements and Building Regulations.
- Strong customer service focus in a construction setting.
- Able to deputise for the Site Manager when needed.
Responsibilities
- Support the Site Manager in coordinating trades, labour and materials to meet the production programme.
- Attend Sales/Build meetings with the Sales Team and ensure procedures are followed.
- Deputise for the Site Manager when required.
- Ensure the on-site team is resourced and guided with clear responsibilities.
- Deliver excellent customer service in line with company guidelines.
