Job summary

Barratt Redrow PLC is seeking a Site Manager assistant in North Scotland to support delivery of developments across a hybrid working model. You will help coordinate trades, manage resources and ensure programme, quality and cost targets are met, while upholding customer service standards.

The role requires experience with construction programmes and a Chartered Institute of Builders membership or equivalent NVQ in Construction Management. Strong leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with established build programmes.
• Strong understanding of construction processes and sequences.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety requirements and Building Regulations.
• Excellent communication and leadership when directing on-site teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Site Manager in coordinating trades, direct labour and materials to meet the production programme.
• Attend Sales/Build meetings with the Sales Team and inspect show homes.
• Deputise for the Site Manager when required to ensure targets are met.
• Ensure the on-site team is resourced with clear guidelines and trained for duties.
• Deliver excellent customer service to customers in line with company guidelines.
