Barratt is seeking a Site Manager to lead construction activities across multiple developments in the UK. You will manage site safety, programme delivery, quality and cost control while coordinating Site Managers and subcontractors to meet project timelines and customer service standards.

Reporting to the Construction Director, you will drive tendering, resource planning and team development, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies across sites.

Formación

• NVQ level 5 in Construction Management or equivalent.
• Member of the Chartered Institute of Builders or related professional body.
• Experience in a senior role in construction management.
• In-depth knowledge of Health & Safety, NHBC requirements and Building Regulations.
• Strong understanding of customer care within housing construction.
• Good knowledge of construction trades and regulatory requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee site development from land acquisition to completion.
• Ensure safety, health and environmental standards are maintained.
• Deliver programme, quality and cost targets within budgets.
• Manage Site Managers and subcontractors across sites.
• Provide suitable tender requirements for subcontractors and suppliers.
• Monitor construction programme and ensure on-time completions.
• Control non-productive and prelim costs within guidelines.
• Liaise with departments to support site managers and materials flow.
• Lead site management teams and develop personnel.
• Set build programme targets and report progress to Construction Director.
• Recruit and onboard site management personnel.
