Job summary

Endeavour Automotive Limited, operating Hyundai Watford, seeks a Site Co-ordinator to support the Sales Team with car preparation, display readiness, and showroom maintenance. Responsibilities include photography, handover prep, and online stock loading to ensure timely deliveries.

The role requires 2+ years in automotive, a full driving licence, and strong communication to deliver an excellent customer experience within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ experience within the automotive industry.
• Full Driving Licence.
• Excellent communication skills at all levels, organised, pro-active, with strong attention to detail and team-oriented initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a tidy, clean & presentable forecourt and car park.
• Line up used cars and photograph used stock as it comes in.
• Carry out collection & deliveries for service cars (usually 1-2 per day).
• Assist with customer facilities like the coffee machine supplies and waiting area.
