What you’ll do

The General Sales Manager will be leading a team of Sales Executives. Youwill undoubtedly be an experienced people manager with a passion for buildingexcellent customer satisfaction whilst driving forward profitable businessexpansion. As a customer-focused manager, you will inspire your team to retainloyal customers whilst attracting new business through exceptional customerrelations. You will be able to enhance the current team by providing support,coaching and motivation to them.

Your experience

• More than 2 years of experience as a General Sales Manager in theautomotive industry
• A sound knowledge and understanding of FCA standards, consumer legislationand trade practices
• Financially astute with a proven track record of achieving results
• Excellent communication skills at all levels combined with an eye fordetail and a strong entrepreneurial spirit
