Job summary

Endeavour Automotive Ltd is seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to support our Volvo Borehamwood dealership or other Endeavour sites. You will handle sales administration, invoicing, and documentation while ensuring compliance and accuracy to support the Sales Team.

Ideal candidates have at least three years in a dealership setting and are proficient with Keyloop, with strong organisational skills and a collaborative mindset to deliver excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• At least three years' experience in a similar Sales Administration role within a motor dealership.
• Practical experience using Keyloop and confidence navigating dealership management systems.
• Strong understanding of vehicle sales administration, invoicing and associated documentation.
• Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to your work.
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
• Positive, collaborative approach and the ability to build effective working relationships with colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Processing vehicle sales administration and associated documentation accurately and efficiently.
• Preparing and processing vehicle invoicing and ensuring all relevant paperwork is completed correctly.
• Maintaining accurate sales records and updating the relevant systems.
• Supporting the Sales Team with vehicle sales processes from order through to delivery.
• Ensuring all sales documentation meets the required compliance and business standards.
• Liaising with colleagues and relevant departments to resolve administrative queries and keep processes moving.
• Providing reliable, proactive administrative support to help the Sales Team deliver an excellent customer experience.

We are looking for an experienced, organised and detail-focused Sales Administrator to join our team. The role is dealership based and can be at Volvo Borehamwood or at another Endeavour Automotive dealership, offering an opportunity to bring your experience to a successful and growing business.

What you will do

As a Sales Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting our Sales Teams and ensuring the smooth and efficient running of all sales administration processes.

Working closely with colleagues across the dealership, you will help ensure that vehicle sales are processed accurately, documentation is completed correctly and all relevant compliance requirements are met.

Your responsibilities will include:

You are an experienced automotive administrator who understands the demands of a busy dealership environment. You take pride in getting the details right, enjoy supporting a team and understand the importance of accuracy, organisation and compliance in vehicle sales administration.

You are proactive, dependable and able to manage competing priorities while maintaining a consistently high standard of work.

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• At least three years' experience in a similar Sales Administration role within a motor dealership.
