Job summary

Pure Data Centres Group Ltd is seeking a Site Performance Engineer to act as the local Subject Matter Expert for the CMMS and maintenance systems. You will report to the Senior Planner, support the Global Operations team, roll out initiatives, and provide KPI reports across the business.

Responsibilities include managing maintenance work orders, CMMS ownership, and cross-site coordination to optimise maintenance performance.

Qualifications

• Experience with CMMS and maintenance planning in a critical environment.
• Strong reporting and analytics capabilities for KPI delivery.
• Ability to communicate with diverse stakeholders and drive maintenance efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate maintenance work orders with planning teams and vendors.
• Own CMMS governance and local SME responsibilities for maintenance systems.
• Prepare and present weekly incident reports and KPI dashboards.
• Drive 52-week PM planning and resource leveling at site level.
• Ensure regulatory and contractual compliance for maintenance activities.
