Job summary

Pure seeks a Site Performance Engineer to act as the local CMMS SME and to lead maintenance planning at a data centre site. You will own and optimise maintenance work orders, asset replacements, and the 52‑week PM plan, coordinating with operators, vendors, and the global team.

You will drive data-driven decision making, develop reports/KPIs, and ensure compliance with RAMS, change control, and internal standards. Strong CMMS and planning experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ CMMS experience and maintenance planning exposure.
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
• Proven ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Act as local SME for CMMS and maintenance planning systems.
• Lead prioritisation of maintenance work orders with site team.
• Own lifecycle of maintenance work orders and asset replacements.
• Drive 52‑week PM planning and resource levelling.
• Coordinate CMMS updates with planning and operations.
• Produce weekly/monthly reports and KPIs for governance.
• Ensure compliance with safety, RAMS and change controls.
