Job summary

Pure Data Centres is seeking a Site Performance Engineer to act as the local CMMS SME, supporting the Global Operations team and rolling out new initiatives. You will provide reports and KPIs to the business, and cover for colleagues during absences, while coordinating maintenance with vendors and site teams.

You will own CMMS at site level, drive preventative maintenance, and ensure 100% uptime with zero customer impact through data-driven decision making and cross-site collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ CMMS experience.
• Experience in planning and scheduling in a facilities management environment.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage maintenance work orders with the CMMS and vendors.
• Own CMMS at local site level; train and administer.
• Report incidents and run weekly reviews.
• Coordinate lifecycle of maintenance work orders with operations and vendors.
• Develop preventive maintenance plans and schedule.
