Job summary

Pure specialises in the design, build and operation of ‘White Label’ data centres for global clients. The Site Performance Engineer acts as SME for CMMS and maintenance planning, reporting KPIs to the Global Operations team, and rolling out new initiatives.

Reporting to the Senior Planner, you will manage maintenance work orders, coordinate with vendors and operations teams, and drive data-led decision making across multiple sites to ensure uptime and compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance planning within a critical environment.
• Knowledge of CMMS and maintenance planning systems is essential.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills to track KPIs and incidents.
• Ability to develop and manage maintenance work packages with attention to detail.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication across multiple teams.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while driving improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate with Senior Planner, Team Leaders, and technicians on maintenance priorities and parts.
• Own and manage the flow of maintenance work orders with DC Engineering and vendors.
• Administer CMMS at local site and report incidents with actions to resolve.
• Plan preventive maintenance to achieve maximum uptime and zero customer impact.
• Coordinate CMMS updates and ensure smooth implementation with minimal disruption.
• Own lifecycle planning for assets, obsolescence, and maintenance strategy optimization.
• Deliver weekly and monthly reports and KPIs to Global Technical Operations.
