Job summary

Jobtailor in the United Kingdom seeks an experienced Supply Planning Manager to own the RCCP, lead a capable team, and collaborate with materials planning and site operations to ensure material availability.

You will drive 13-week planning cycles, manage short-term production schedules, and contribute to site optimisation initiatives while delivering key KPIs around OTIF and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Established manager-level experience in a similar supply chain planning role within a manufacturing environment.
  • Hands-on experience with MRP, DRP, and ERP systems.
  • Advanced spreadsheet proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory strategies, stock deployment techniques, and core supply chain principles.
  • Experience working with S&OP cycles, including managing the supply element of the S&OP process.
  • Experience working cross-functionally and with external stakeholders.
  • Eligibility to work in the United Kingdom.
  • Willingness to travel 2-4 times per month.
  • Previous people management experience in small or larger teams is a plus.
