Coca-Cola HBC in Lisburn is recruiting a planning professional to schedule and sequence production and raw materials, ensuring efficiency and supply. You will review data from demand planning, supplier information and production constraints to support business planning.
You will provide daily updates and 3-month outlooks, manage inventory to targets, and drive continuous improvement with cross-functional teams.
Scheduling and sequencing in production/raw materials planning process in order to ensure efficiency and supply
Review of data from multiple sources including demand planning, supplier information and production limitations and make decisions against these.
Provide key information including but not limited to daily updates for manufacturing, weekly routines and 3-month outlooks for purposes of business planning.
Manage inventory levels to business targets on monthly/quarterly basis
Actively pursues self-development in role with cross functional rotations, training packages and on the job learning for peer-to-peer knowledge

Manage successful new product launches, product delists and promotional activities through the year in line with CPA, with careful awareness of the costs involved and customer expectations.
Develop and build relationships with key stakeholders in both inhouse and external in order to drive business performance. Stakeholders include (but are not limited to): Manufacturing, Logistics and Wider supply chain teams, Demand/commercial teams and external suppliers/customers as and when required.
Meet & Exceed All Operational Goals & KBIs to Support Overall company business plan outputs.
Utilise problem solving techniques and aggressive improvement plans to track and build on success.
Able to work in fast paced, dynamic environment where change is inevitable, and challenges are commonplace.
Excellent communicator (verbal and written) with strong statistical knowledge
At least 1 years’ experience in FMCG environment
Practical knowledge of planning system tools
Practical Knowledge of IT Systems including Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools
Cross Functional experience -understanding other functions and how end to end supply chain works
Similar position held in current or previous role with proven track record
Extensive experience of planning tools including BY, ERP, SAP & PowerBI
Experience in delivering change and process improvements
