RG Setsquare in London is seeking a Technical Support Coordinator to act as the central coordination point for engineering operations across a multi-site portfolio. You will keep schedules, compliance, and remedial works on track while liaising between engineers, building managers, and clients.

This hands-on, fast-paced role requires strong scheduling, resource management, and knowledge of building systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in a technical support, coordination, or admin role within FM or building services.
• Strong scheduling/resource management skills across multiple priorities.
• Solid understanding of building engineering systems and maintenance operations.
• Comfortable with Excel, Word, Outlook, and CMMS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Planning and managing daily schedules/rotas for shift and day engineers across multiple buildings.
• Allocating resources, managing leave/absence, and maintaining minimum staffing levels.
• Monitoring work orders and reactive maintenance to keep SLA.
• Acting as the main liaison between engineers, building managers, and clients.
• Tracking remedial works from quote through to completion, liaising with contractors.
• Ensuring compliance documentation, permits, and statutory inspections are up to date.
• Reporting on SLA compliance, KPIs, and resource utilisation.

Technical Support Coordinator - Critical Commercial Portfolio (London)

We're hiring a Technical Support Coordinator to act as the central coordination point for engineering operations across a multi-site London portfolio.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role, you'll be the glue between engineering teams, building managers, and clients, keeping schedules, compliance, and remedial works on track across multiple buildings.

Package:

• 50,000
• Bonus + Pension
• Mon-Fri (core hours, occasional flex for coverage needs)

What you'll be doing:

• Planning and managing daily schedules/rotas for shift and day engineers across multiple buildings
• Allocating resources, managing leave/absence, and maintaining minimum staffing levels
• Monitoring work orders and reactive maintenance to keep everything within SLA
• Acting as the main liaison between engineers, building managers, and clients
• Tracking remedial works from quote through to completion, liaising with contractors
• Ensuring compliance documentation, permits, and statutory inspections are up to date

What you'll need:
