Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking an Asset Experience Services – Operations Team Member in the UK. You will provide essential health & safety and operational support to Asset Experience Managers across Royal London managed assets, ensuring compliance and efficient occupier service.

The role covers H&S legislation, risk management, supplier coordination, and data handling, with emphasis on audit readiness and ESG reporting. On-site positions across major UK locations are available.

Qualifications

• Understanding of H&S legislation applicable to property management.
• Knowledge of statutory compliance requirements for commercial properties.
• Familiarity with permit-to-work systems and risk assessment methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Support Asset Experience Managers to understand H&S legislation affecting property management.
• Support compliance measures across managed properties.
• Coordinate risk assessments with suppliers.
• Prepare quotes and work orders under Asset Experience Managers' instructions.
• Monitor supplier invoices and ensure 30-day payments.
