Job summary

Caddick Construction Limited in the East Midlands is recruiting an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our Commercial team on a range of commercial, industrial and logistics projects. The role is primarily site-based and reports to a Commercial Manager.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor with a Main Contractor.
Familiarity with JCT/NEC forms of contract.
Knowledge of current Construction Law.
Experience in commercial management.
Experience in procurement of subcontractors, measurement and accruals calculations.
Good knowledge of monthly reporting and earned value analysis.

Responsibilities

Work on a variety of projects in the East Midlands reporting to a Commercial Manager.
Site-based role providing commercial support to project teams.
Ensure projects are administered effectively to achieve commercial targets and customer focus.
