Job summary

Caddick Group in Durham is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead and manage commercial delivery across Industrial, Logistics, Commercial and Residential projects in the North East. You will report to the Regional Commercial Manager and work on a variety of site and office-based tasks.

The role requires proven experience with JCT/NEC contracts, robust budgeting, cost control, and effective client and supply chain negotiations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor for a main contractor.
• Extensive knowledge of JCT and NEC contracts.
• Experience with budgets, cost reporting, cash flow and forecasting.
• Experience procuring and managing subcontract packages.

Responsibilities

• Work on a variety of projects in the North East region reporting to the Regional Commercial Manager.
• Provide commercial support to project teams on all projects.
• Ensure projects are administered effectively to meet commercial targets.
