Job summary

Caddick Construction is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our Commercial team for a range of commercial, industrial and logistic projects across the North East. This site-based role provides commercial support to project teams and reports to a Commercial Manager.

You will manage contracts, procurement, and financial reporting to help achieve our business objectives with a strong customer focus and integrity.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor working for a Main Contractor.
• Familiarity with JCT/NEC forms of contract and knowledge of Construction Law.
• Experience in commercial management and procurement of subcontractors, measurement and accruals calculations.

Responsibilities

• Working on a variety of projects in North East reporting directly to one of our Commercial Managers.
• Site-based role providing commercial support to project teams on all projects.
• Ensure projects are administered effectively to achieve commercial targets and customer focus.
