Job summary

Go Traffic Management Limited in Preston (Redscar) is seeking a HSEQ Advisor to join the central HSEQ Team reporting to the HSEQ Lead. You will promote compliance, ensure employees are aware of issues raised, and drive document control and system compliance.

You will conduct site-based audits, support inductions, and lead incident investigations with corrective actions across the region. A UK driving licence and NEBOSH qualification are essential.

Qualifications

• H&S qualification (NEBOSH) or equivalent required.
• Experience leading site audits and investigations.
• Knowledge of CDM regulations in utilities or power sectors.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety and compliance standards; address issues immediately.
• Support operational inductions and training requirements.
• Complete inspections and verify closure of findings.
• Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Produce weekly/monthly reports on achievements and issues.
• Engage with clients and internal teams to improve processes.
