Job summary

Safetykleen is seeking a proactive HSEQ Advisor to develop, implement and continually improve Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality Management Systems across multiple branches. You will work with operational teams, managers and senior leadership to promote best practice, support investigations and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
• NEBOSH General Certificate required.
• Strong knowledge of UK Health & Safety legislation.
• Experience conducting investigations and risk assessments.
• Ability to influence, coach and engage colleagues at all levels.
• Strong organisational and administrative ability.
• Strong report writing and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• IOSH Managing Safely or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Health & Safety leadership across all operations.
• Management system support for ISO standards across branches.
• Inspections and audits of workplaces and systems.
• Incident investigations and root-cause analysis.
• Review and improve risk assessments and safe systems of work.
• Ensure compliance with HASAWA, COSHH, PUWER, LOLER, RIDDOR and Fire Safety.
