United Living Group is looking for a SHEQ Advisor to enhance SHEQ compliance and promote a safety-first culture. This role is pivotal in ensuring adherence to SHEQ policies across projects in social housing.

The ideal candidate will have a NEBOSH qualification and experience in maintenance projects. A full UK driving license is essential as this is a field-based role offering a competitive salary, generous holiday allowance, and ongoing training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience within social housing, maintenance, or minor works projects.
• Strong knowledge of SHEQ legislation and best practices.
• Experience with audits, reporting, and compliance systems.

Responsibilities

• Promote and implement a strong SHEQ culture aligned with a 'Zero Harm' approach.
• Carry out regular site audits, inspections, and safety tours.
• Complete SHEQ reporting, including incidents and KPIs.
