Job summary

CBW Staffing Solutions Limited is seeking an experienced Site based FM Contract Manager to oversee hard services at a Nottingham City Centre site. You will manage operations, budgets and contract performance, drawing on a strong technical M&E background to ensure service excellence.

The role is based in Nottingham with core Mon-Fri hours, offering opportunities for training, progression, and a competitive salary up to £60,000 per annum along with generous annual leave.

Qualifications

• City & Guilds Level 3 in Mechanical or Electrical (or equivalent).
• Strong Hard FM background with CAFM experience.
• Experience managing facilities management staff.
• Excellent communication, leadership and motivational skills.
• Good understanding of statutory compliance and contract deliverables.
• Experience managing multi-functional teams.
• Ability to demonstrate commercial/financial experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operational staff, budget and performance of the Hard FM.
• Manage and develop all on-site services to contract standards.
• Liaise with client to meet day-to-day and future needs.
• Ensure contractual performance aligns with budgets and cost efficiencies.
• Develop strategic lifecycle programmes and asset transformation delivery.
• Manage the team including recruitment, development, and attendance.
• Apply financial and commercial controls on expenditure and income.
• Build collaborative client relationships to ensure satisfaction.
• Ensure high-quality on-site delivery and statutory compliance.
• Identify cost efficiencies and drive productivity.
