CBW Staffing Solutions Limited is recruiting an experienced FM Contract Manager to oversee hard services across 14 sites in Manchester with monthly travel to Gloucester.

The role requires a technical M&E background, strong leadership, and ability to drive performance, budgets and compliance under the contract.

Core hours are 8:00 to 16:30, Monday to Friday, with a car allowance and scope for training and progression.

Formación

• City & Guilds Level 3 qualification in Mechanical or Electrical.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Experience in Hard FM and CAFM systems.
• Proven staff management and leadership abilities.
• Strong communication and compliance awareness.
• Experience managing multi-site facilities contracts.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee operational staff, budget, and performance of the Hard FM.
• Develop and manage services across sites per contract standards.
• Liaise with client to meet day-to-day and future requirements.
• Ensure contractual performance within budgets and cost efficiency.
• Lead life cycle planning and major project delivery.
• Manage recruitment, development, and performance of team.
• Maintain financial controls and client relationships.
• Ensure high-quality service delivery and statutory compliance.
• Identify cost efficiencies and value adds.
