Job summary

Buildforce Solutions Ltd is seeking a Site-based Document Controller to join a major education project in Sutton-in-Ashfield. You will support the project team with day-to-day documentation control, ensuring information is accurately recorded, distributed and maintained throughout the project lifecycle.

The role suits someone with construction experience and familiarity with Autodesk BIM 360 or similar systems.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Document Controller within construction.
• Strong understanding of document control processes.
• Familiarity with Autodesk BIM 360 or similar DM systems.
• Ability to work closely with site and project teams.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ideally suited to a predominantly site-based role.

Responsibilities

• Manage and control project documentation day-to-day.
• Ensure information is recorded, distributed and maintained.
• Collaborate with the project team on document workflows.
