Job summary

Skilled Careers is recruiting a Document Controller for a leading commercial fit out contractor in London. The role is site-based, managing document control across multiple live projects and ensuring the latest information is used by project teams.

You will work on up to four live schemes, with a salary of £45,000 plus travel support, and a permanent on-site pattern of five days per week. Interviews commence late August with a start planned for October.

Qualifications

• Experience in document control within construction environments.
• Proven ability to manage documentation across live construction sites.
• Familiarity with electronic document management systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage documentation across up to four live construction projects.
• Maintain registers, revision records and distribution of drawings.
• Ensure teams work from latest approved information and handle correspondence.
