Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in financial management and service-charge accounting.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accuracy of financial data and reporting including occupier charges.
• Manage cashflow, service charge recoveries and supplier payments.
• Oversee credit control and approve invoices.
• Prepare and reconcile budgets per guidelines.
• Lead ESG initiatives and align strategy with PMA.
• Maintain data accuracy in internal systems and KPI reporting.
• Manage supplier performance and site inspections.
• Coordinate property transitions and due diligence.
