Job summary

JLL is seeking an Associate Surveyor to join our Property Management team on development sites in the South of England, with a focus on the Birmingham area. You will manage client relationships, budgets and operating structures while coordinating with ManCo and other PM resources to support masterplanning and disposal activities.

Ideal candidates hold MRICS, have 5+ years in property management, and bring development site experience.

Qualifications

MRICS qualification is preferred with 5+ years in property management.
Development site experience is required.
Recognised subject matter expert in property management.
Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
Strong commercial acumen and client-relations capabilities.
Results-driven leader with the ability to drive targets.

Responsibilities

Act as the main client contact for Asset/Development Managers and lead relationships.
Design and implement site-specific property management structures across development stages.
Manage budgets, service charges, and cashflow in line with budgets and KPIs.
Coordinate with ManCo and residential managing agents to ensure smooth operations.
Oversee statutory, environmental and health & safety matters.
Support acquisitions, disposals, and development transitions with due diligence.
Provide client reporting and KPI delivery to the portfolio.
