Qualifications

• Proven history in property management, ideally within retail or commercial environments.
• Experience with budgeting and financial reporting for property portfolios.
• Ability to manage client relationships and monitor KPI targets.
• Strategic thinker capable of aligning asset strategies with client needs.

Responsibilities

• Financial management including service charge accounting and reporting.
• Liaise with clients and tenants to manage cashflow and supplier payments.
• Oversee credit control processes and AP KPIs.
• Prepare budgets and reconcile in line with RICS guidelines.
• Lead ESG initiatives and align with PMA requirements.
