Job summary

Galliford Try Group seeks a Site Agent for the AMP 8 Wessex Water framework in Bournemouth. You will lead site delivery, manage finances, safety and progress, and interact professionally with clients.

You will oversee multiple projects, monitor compliance, assess risks and maintain financial performance. You will coordinate with internal departments, suppliers and subcontractors, attend meetings, and ensure proper documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading construction projects and managing finances.
• Knowledge of health & safety regulations and CDM requirements.
• Proven ability to coordinate with clients, suppliers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project schedules and milestones.
• Develop and maintain detailed project programs with project planners.
• Identify design/project requirements and develop solutions.
• Coordinate with departments to allocate resources and meet client objectives.
• Manage procurement of equipment, materials and subcontractors.
• Attend review meetings and ensure proper documentation.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and maintain quality.
