Job summary

Galliford Try in Bournemouth is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead delivery of high‑value Design & Build works under the AMP 8 framework. You will manage cradle-to-grave delivery across pre-construction, construction, commissioning and handover stages, coordinating NEC contracts and cross‑functional teams.

You will develop key relationships with Wessex Water and internal Galliford Try teams, drive KPI performance and contribute to tender input for new opportunities within the

Qualifications

• Experience with NEC contracts and water industry projects.
• Proven leadership and staff development capabilities.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Comfort with Microsoft Office and project planning tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of projects from cradle to grave across pre‑construction, construction, commissioning and handover.
• Manage a portfolio of high‑value schemes within the AMP 8 framework.
• Develop key relationships with clients and internal teams to drive KPI/PI performance.
• Assist with pre-construction tenders and input on tender processes.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental requirements.
