Job summary

Red Sky Personnel Ltd is seeking an experienced Site Agent / Site Manager to lead water infrastructure projects in Swindon. You will manage the programme, site teams and client relationships, ensuring safety, quality and commercial delivery on clean and foul water schemes for UK water utilities.

The role requires a strong civil engineering background, hands-on delivery and familiar with RAMS, temporary works coordination and site supervision. A competitive package includes car options.

Qualifications

Site Agent / Site Manager - Water Infrastructure

We re looking for an experienced Site Agent / Site Manager to join a well-established civil engineering and infrastructure contractor delivering clean and foul water projects in Swindon.

This role needs someone who knows the water sector and has hands‑on experience delivering clean and foul water infrastructure projects for major UK water utility companies.

You ll take responsibility for site delivery, managing the programme, site teams, health & safety, quality and commercial performance, while working closely with the wider project team and client.

Key requirements:

• Proven Site Agent / Site Manager experience
• Strong clean and foul water experience
• Experience delivering projects for major UK water utility companies
• Strong civil engineering background
• Temporary Works Coordinator (TWC)

• Good understanding of programme, RAMS, quality and commercial delivery
