Job summary

Red Sky Personnel Ltd is seeking an experienced Site Agent / Site Manager to lead water infrastructure projects in Swindon. You will manage the programme, site teams and client relationships, ensuring safety, quality and commercial delivery on clean and foul water schemes for UK water utilities.

The role requires a strong civil engineering background, hands-on delivery and familiar with RAMS, temporary works coordination and site supervision. A competitive package includes car options.

Qualifications

• Experience as Site Agent or Site Manager on water infrastructure schemes.
• Hands-on delivery of clean and foul water projects for UK water utilities.
• Solid civil engineering background with strong safety, quality and commercial focus.
