Job summary

Daniel Owen Ltd is seeking a Site Agent to support highways, infrastructure and civil engineering projects across the South East. The role may involve managing a single project or multiple schemes depending on requirements.

You will produce RAMS, manage programmes, monitor progress and lead health and safety initiatives on site. Experience with Bluebeam and a valid CSCS card are essential; driving licence required.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years' civil engineering experience.
• Previous experience as a Sub-Agent, Agent or Senior Engineer looking to step up.
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure, highways or civils projects.
• Experience using Bluebeam.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Produce and review RAMS.
• Assist with and manage project programmes.
• Update programme and phasing mark-ups.
• Monitor and drive site progress.
• Support project health, safety and quality performance.
• Carry out take-offs and measurements using Bluebeam.
• Assist with material take-offs, call-offs and stock control.
• Provide procurement support and material reconciliations.
• Deliver toolbox talks.
• Review lift plans and temporary works.
• Manage inspection and test plans.
• Maintain quality management records.
• Lead site meetings and client liaison.
