Job summary

Keyman Personnel is seeking an experienced Site Agent or Sub-Agent to support civil engineering and infrastructure delivery. The initial project is in the Didcot area, with responsibilities including managing site activities, programme progress, subcontractors, materials, and site health and safety.

Candidates should have hands-on civils experience across highways, drainage, earthworks, utilities or concrete works.

Qualifications

• Experience preparing RAMS and managing ITPs.
• Strong civils experience across highways, drainage, earthworks, utilities or concrete works.
• CSCS card required; Bluebeam experience for measures and take-offs is essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage site activities, programme and progress, subcontractors and materials.

Site Agent / Sub-Agent - Civil Engineering

We are recruiting for an experienced Site Agent or Sub-Agent to support the delivery of civil engineering and infrastructure projects, with an initial project based in the Didcot area. The role will involve managing site activities, programme and progress, subcontractors, materials, health & safety, quality control and project records.

Candidates should have strong hands‑on civils experience across areas such as highways, groundworks, drainage, earthworks, utilities or concrete works. Experience preparing RAMS, managing ITPs, coordinating materials and monitoring programme performance is important. Bluebeam experience for measures and take-offs is required, along with a valid CSCS card. SSSTS or SMSTS would be advantageous.

The role is project-based, with Didcot expected to be the main location initially, and may involve travel to other regional projects
