Job summary

Daniel Owen Ltd is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of high-quality residential developments. This hands-on leadership role requires organising multiple trades and subcontractors to deliver homes safely, on time and to the highest standards.

You will drive programme performance, quality and customer satisfaction from groundworks through to handover, coordinating with Technical, Commercial and Sales teams along the way.

Qualifications

• Experience as Site Manager in the new build housing sector.
• Proven ability to deliver volume housing developments.
• Strong knowledge of modern construction methods and housebuilding processes.
• Experience managing multiple subcontract trades and site teams.
• Thorough understanding of NHBC standards and Building Regulations.
• Valid SMSTS, CSCS Card, and First Aid at Work.

Responsibilities

• Manage site operations from setup to handover.
• Ensure health & safety compliance and quality standards.
• Coordinate labour, subcontractors, materials, and site logistics.
• Drive build programmes and meet milestones.
• Monitor quality and conduct inspections per drawings and regs.
• Deliver inductions, toolbox talks, and daily briefings.
• Engage with Technical, Commercial, Sales and Customer Care teams.
