Job summary

Daniel Owen Ltd. is seeking a Site Agent to deliver highways and civils projects across the South East, including RAMS development, programme management and site supervision. You will coordinate delivery on multiple schemes, ensuring safety, quality and milestones are met.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of civil engineering experience, CSCS cards, and familiarity with Bluebeam. A full UK driving licence and PAYE employment are required, with benefits such as pension and mileage allowances.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of civil engineering experience.
• Experience as Sub-Agent, Agent, or Senior Engineer aiming to step up.
• Strong knowledge of infrastructure, highways or civils projects.
• Proficiency with Bluebeam for take-offs and QA.
• CSCS Card is essential; SSSTS/SMSTS desirable.

Responsibilities

• Producing and reviewing RAMS.
• Assisting with and managing project programmes.
• Programme and phasing mark-ups.
• Monitoring and driving site progress.
• Supporting project health, safety and quality performance.
• Carrying out take-offs and measurements using Bluebeam.
• Material take-offs, call-offs and stock control.
• Procurement support and material reconciliations.
• Delivering toolbox talks.
• Reviewing lift plans and temporary works.
• Managing inspection and test plans.
• Maintaining quality management records.
• Site meetings and client liaison.
