Job summary

Carrington West is seeking an experienced Site Agent for highways and civil engineering projects across South & Mid Wales. You will manage site teams, coordinate drainage, surfacing and retaining wall works, and ensure delivery to programme, budget and quality.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Site Agent in highways or civil engineering.
• Experience delivering drainage and surfacing works.
• Ability to lead site teams and subcontractors to programme.
• Good understanding of QA, site records and paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Manage site teams, subcontractors and activities.
• Plan and coordinate short-term works.
• Oversee highways, drainage, surfacing and civil works.
• Read and interpret drawings and specs.
• Maintain RAMS, ITPs and permits.
• Ensure safety and QA compliance on site.
• Liaise with clients, engineers and project team.
• Monitor progress and resolve delivery issues.
