Advance TRS is seeking a Civil engineering Site Agent / Site Manager to lead major wastewater projects in the region. You will work across multiple sites, ensuring safe delivery on time and within budget, while coordinating design teams and subcontractors.

The role requires an engineering degree or HNC, CSCS/SSSTS/SMSTS qualifications, and a valid driving licence with willingness to travel. Training and development opportunities are provided as part of the package.

Formación

• HNC or degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• CSCS, SSSTS or SMSTS site qualifications are required.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel between sites.
• Strong understanding of civil engineering principles and practices.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with the client design and commercial teams to enhance project delivery and manage risk.
• Manage the site to ensure work is completed safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
• Oversee subcontractors, logistics and H&S reporting.
• Maintain site paperwork and progress logs.
• Act as temporary works co-ordinator, ensuring compliance with design specifications.

Our client a leading contractor to the UK water sector have an exciting vacancy for a Civil engineering Site Agent / Site manager to join their established construction delivery team.

Working on a number of large waste water treatment projects in the region on behalf of their Water Utility client.

The successful candidate should be HNC or Degree qualified in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline and must have an excellent understanding of civil engineering principles and practices. Suitable site based qualifications such as CSCS, SSSTS or SMSTS are also required.

As the role required travel between sites in the region a valid driving license and a willingness to travel for work is essential.

The core aspects of the role of Site Agent include:

• Working collaboratively with the clients design and commercial teams to enhance project delivery and manage risk
• management of the site to ensure work is completed safely, on time and budget and to quality standards required by the client
• management of subcontractors and logistics and H&S reporting
• maintaining site paperwork and progress logs
• act as temporary works co-ordinator, overseeing installation of temp works to ensure compliance with design specifications.
