Job summary

Enable Resourcing Limited in Hemel Hempstead is seeking an experienced Site Agent to drive water and wastewater projects from inception through to completion. You will work with Project Managers, commercial teams and site staff to deliver safe, on-programme and within-budget outcomes.

Key duties include ensuring health, safety, environmental and quality standards, monitoring progress, coordinating resources and subcontractors, and maintaining strong client relationships under NEC contract terms.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Agent within the water, utilities or civil engineering sectors.
• A minimum of 6-12 months’ sewage treatment and water treatment project experience.
• Practical working knowledge of NEC contracts.
• Experience managing civil engineering, utilities or non-infrastructure construction projects.
• Experience managing subcontractors, direct labour and site resources.
• Degree or HNC in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Valid SMSTS and CSCS Card.
• NEBOSH or IOSH qualification.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Enable Resourcing are working with a leading civil engineering and utilities contractor to recruit an experienced Site Agent to join their growing project delivery team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a driven Site Agent with experience delivering water and wastewater treatment projects to take ownership of schemes from inception through to completion. Working alongside Project Managers, commercial teams and site-based staff, you will be responsible for the safe, efficient and commercially successful delivery of projects across the water sector.

The Role

As Site Agent, you will oversee all site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme and within budget whilst maintaining the highest standards of quality and environmental compliance.
