Job summary

Tec Source Ltd is seeking an experienced Site Agent for a permanent role in Swindon, focusing on clean and foul water infrastructure projects. The role involves managing day-to-day site operations and leading site teams to deliver projects on time, within budget and to the required standards.

The ideal candidate will have a civil engineering background with experience in water sector projects, CSCS and safety qualifications, and a track record of coordinating labour, plant and materials while

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Agent within civil engineering.
• Experience delivering clean and foul water projects.
• Experience working with major water-sector clients.
• Civil engineering degree or equivalent qualification.

Responsibilities

• Managing day-to-day site operations and project delivery.
• Leading site teams, including Engineers, Sub Agents and Foremen.
• Ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the required quality standards.
• Managing construction programmes, RAMS and project documentation.
• Coordinating labour, plant, materials and subcontractors.
• Monitoring progress, costs, risks and commercial performance.
• Maintaining strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

SITE AGENT - CIVIL ENGINEERING / WATER INFRASTRUCTURE

Location: Swindon

Tec-Source is working with a leading civil engineering and infrastructure contractor to recruit an experienced Site Agent for a permanent opportunity based in Swindon.

We are looking to speak with experienced civil engineering professionals who have a strong background in clean and foul water infrastructure projects, ideally having worked with major water-sector clients such as Thames Water or Affinity Water.

The Role:

• Managing day-to-day site operations and project delivery.
• Leading site teams, including Engineers, Sub Agents and Foremen.
• Ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, within budget and to the required quality standards.
• Managing construction programmes, RAMS and project documentation.
• Coordinating labour, plant, materials and subcontractors.
• Monitoring progress, costs, risks and commercial performance.
• Maintaining strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

Essential Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Site Agent within civil engineering.
• Experience delivering clean and foul water projects.
• Experience working with major water-sector clients.
• Civil Engineering degree, HNC or equivalent.
• Valid CSCS card.
• SMSTS or IOSH Managing Safely.
• Temporary Works Coordinator (TWC) qualification.
• Street Works Supervisor qualification.
