Kier Group is seeking a Site Agent for the East West Rail programme in St Neots, Cambridgeshire. You will lead site operations, coordinate crews and stakeholders, and ensure survey and investigation works meet safety, quality and environmental standards.
Applicants should have civil engineering qualifications (HNC/HND or degree), a valid SMSTS, and a full UK driving licence with willingness to travel across the project area. This is a hybrid role with permanent full-time hours (45 per week).
We're looking for a Site Agent to join our East West Rail team in St Neots, Cambridgeshire. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the safe, efficient and compliant delivery of intrusive survey works across a major UK infrastructure programme.
As Site Agent, you'll lead site operations, coordinate contractors and stakeholders, and ensure works are delivered to the highest standards of safety, quality and environmental compliance. Working closely with project teams, landowners and local stakeholders, you'll help drive progress across the East West Rail programme while contributing to the successful delivery of a project that will improve connectivity for communities and businesses across the region.
Location: St Neots, Cambridgeshire – hybrid working
