Randstad Construction & Property is recruiting a Site Agent for water infrastructure projects across Scotland. The role is office-based in Inverness with travel to multiple sites and lodge support.

You will oversee site delivery, budgets, RAMS/ITPs, and CDM compliance while coordinating with subcontractors. We seek candidates with a civil engineering/ construction management background and a proven track record in water or civils projects.

Qualifications

• HNC, HND, Degree or NVQ equivalent in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• SMSTS qualification.
• CSCS Card (Manager/Professional).
• Proven track record delivering site projects in water, wastewater or civils infrastructure.

Responsabilités

• Deliver site delivery on water/wastewater, pipelines or general civils projects across Scotland.
• Manage budgets, daily site allocations, variations and procurement of plant/materials.
• Ensure RAMS, ITPs and CDM compliance across sites and 3-week lookahead planning.
• Travel across multiple sites in Scotland with lodge support.

Site Agent - Water Infrastructure (Scotland-Wide, Lodge Provided)

Employment type - Permanent Position

Salary - Up to £55,000 / year (negotiable) + £6k car allowance + working away allowance

Location - Office based in Inverness, required for working across Scotland

Are you an experienced Site Agent with water or general civils infrastructure experience looking for guaranteed long-term stability in Scotland? We at Randstad are partnering with a major tier-one civil infrastructure contractor to recruit two Site Agents for civil engineering, capital maintenance, water mains renewal, and wastewater treatment projects across Scotland.

Requirements

• HNC, HND, Degree, or NVQ equivalent in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent.
• SMSTS
• CSCS Card (Manager/Professional)
• Proven track record running site delivery on water/wastewater, pipelines, or general civils infrastructure
• Strong operational knowledge of RAMS, ITPs, 3-week lookahead programming, subbie management, and CDM compliance
• Experience managing project budgets, daily site allocations, variations, and procurement of plant and materials
• Willingness to work a site-based role with flexibility to travel across multiple sites in Scotland (with full lodge support).
